$50 Non-refundable cleaning fee.
$75 Security Deposit Nights or Weekly Lease.
$200 Security Deposit for Monthly lease.
$75-$150 Non-refundable pet fee depending on size of pet.

From Scenic Highway 98 South, to Section Street South, go through town, stay on Section until you see Fels Avenue to the right. Take the right and follow past Church Street. Cottage is third house on the right.
