$150/night, including electricity, cable, telephone, gas, garbage, water and lawn maintenance.

$550/week, including electricity, cable, telephone, gas, garbage, water and lawn maintenance.

$1,550 month, including electricity, cable, telephone, gas, garbage, water, and lawn maintenance.

Notes:  Pets are allowed with proper deposit.

$50 Non-refundable cleaning fee.
$75 Security Deposit Nights or Weekly Lease.
$200 Security Deposit for Monthly lease.
$150-$250 Non-refundable pet fee depending on size of pet.
